Markoe Elementary School, Pearl B. Larsen Elementary School, Alexander Henderson Elementary School and the St. Croix Curriculum Center.<\/p>\n<p>Respondents must be able to adequately address their experience in proposal submissions. The submissions of all Respondents shall be reviewed and evaluated pursuant to the qualifications criteria set forth in the RFP.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Bid documents must be requested by emailing PFA\u2019s Procurement Division at <a href=\"mailto:procurements@usvipfa.com\">procurements@usvipfa.com<\/a>. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>A virtual pre-proposal conference will take place at 10:00 am AST on April 8, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Proposals will now be accepted by email at <a href=\"mailto:odr_ebids@usvipfa.com\">odr_ebids@usvipfa.com<\/a> until June 5, 2025, at 4:00 pm AST. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The package defines the scope of services to be performed by the selected firm.
