RFP 003-2025 STX-STT<\/h2>\n

CMAR Services for the Governor Juan F. Luis Hospital and the Roy L. Schneider Hospital<\/h1>\n

The Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery, a subsidiary division of the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority (\u201cPFA\u201d), an independent instrumentality of the Government of the United States Virgin Islands is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed firms (\u201cProposers\u201d) to provide Construction Manager At-Risk (\u201cCMAR\u201d) Services for the Governor Juan F. Luis Hospital and the Roy L. Schneider Hospital.<\/p>\n

This RFP will be used to select a highly qualified construction firm for reconstruction of the damaged hospitals, replacing them with new, state-of-the-art healthcare facilities. Respondents must be able to adequately address their experience in their proposal submissions. The submissions of all Respondents shall be reviewed and evaluated pursuant to the qualifications criteria set forth in the RFP.<\/p>\n

Bid documents must be requested by emailing PFA\u2019s Procurement Division at procurements@usvipfa.com<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A virtual pre-proposal conference will take place at 10:00 am AST on April 8, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Proposals will be accepted by email at odr_ebids@usvipfa.com<\/a> until *NEW DUE DATE* June 20, 2025 by 4:00 pm AST<\/em>.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The package defines the scope of services to be performed by the selected firm. ODR reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals.<\/p>\n
