This RFP will be used to select a highly qualified firm to modernize the Educational Complex on St. Croix and\/or replace and modernize the Edith Williams Alternative Academy on St. Thomas.<\/p>\n<p>Respondents must be able to adequately address their experience in their proposal submissions. The submissions of all Respondents shall be reviewed and evaluated pursuant to the qualifications criteria outlined in the RFP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Bid documents will be available starting Tuesday, July 8, 2025, and must be requested by emailing PFA\u2019s Procurement Division at\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:procurements@usvipfa.com\">procurements@usvipfa.com<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>A virtual pre-proposal conference will take place at 10:00 am AST on July 22, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Proposals will now be accepted by email at <a href=\"mailto:odr_ebids@usvipfa.com\">odr_ebids@usvipfa.com<\/a> until<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>*September 30, 2025, at 4:00 pm AST.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The package defines the scope of services to be performed by the selected firm.
