The Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery (ODR), a subsidiary division of the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority, an independent instrumentality of the Government of the United States Virgin Islands, is seeking to develop and maintain a list of prequalified prime construction contractors and vendors to perform and facilitate the performance of: reconstruction, rehabilitation, demolition, and elevation or other mitigation services in connection with the administration of U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (\u201cHUD\u201d) and Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery (\u201cCDBG-DR\u201d) Programs.<\/p>\n
Respondents must fulfill the submission requirements outlined in the RFQ to be considered. Contractors who were successfully prequalified under RFQ 001-2025 are not required to respond to RFQ 002-2025. The submissions of all Respondents shall be reviewed and evaluated pursuant to the qualifications criteria outlined in the RFQ.<\/p>\n
Bid documents can be found on the ODR website at https:\/\/www.usviodr.com\/procurements<\/a>, beginning on July 10, 2025. <\/strong><\/p>\n A virtual pre-proposal meeting will take place at 2:00 pm AST on July 17, 2025. <\/strong><\/p>\n Proposals will be accepted by email at procurements@usvipfa.com<\/a> until August 11, 2025, no later than 4:00 pm AST. <\/strong><\/p>\n The package defines the scope of services to be performed by the selected firm.
