AV Systems Restoration and Integration<\/h1>\n

PROJECT OVERVIEW:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The University of the Virgin Islands (UVI) is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to furnish, install, and commission new audiovisual, lighting, theatrical, acoustics, IT, and security systems for the Reichhold Center for the Arts located in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands.<\/p>\n

This project is part of UVI\u2019s ongoing restoration of the Center following damage sustained in 2017. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing a modern, fully operational system that meets international performance standards for a 1,196-seat amphitheater.<\/p>\n

SCOPE OF WORK:
\n<\/strong>The successful contractor will provide the following:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Procurement & Supply:<\/strong>\u00a0All equipment, systems, components, and materials per the drawings and specifications included in the bid package.<\/li>\n
  • Installation & Commissioning:<\/strong>\u00a0Complete setup, integration, and testing of AV, lighting, theatre rigging, stage floor, acoustics, IT systems, ADA\/emergency communications, broadcasting, and security systems.<\/li>\n
  • Training & Documentation:<\/strong>\u00a0Provide training for UVI staff, as-built documentation, and full operation and maintenance manuals.<\/li>\n
  • Warranties:<\/strong>\u00a0Provide warranties on equipment and workmanship.<\/li>\n
  • Coordination:<\/strong>\u00a0Work collaboratively with UVI and the facility contractor to ensure seamless integration with the ongoing reconstruction project.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
