The \u201cCorporation\u201d established a division entitled the Territorial Hospital Redevelopment Team (THRT). On behalf of the Charlotte Kimmelman Cancer Institute (CKCI), THRT is requesting proposals from qualified and licensed engineering firms to review and validate the inspection reports completed by a primary vendor for the Reconstruction Project.
