The submissions of all Respondents shall be reviewed and evaluated pursuant to the qualifications criteria outlined in the RFP.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Bid documents will be available starting Friday, December 12, 2025, and must be requested by emailing PFA\u2019s Procurement Division at <\/strong><a href=\"mailto:%20procurements@usvipfa.com\"><strong>procurements@usvipfa.com<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>A virtual pre-proposal conference will take place at 11:00 am AST on December 19, 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\"><strong>Proposals will be accepted via email at odr_ebids@usvipfa.com until February 13, 2026, at 4:00 pm AST.<\/strong><\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: center\">*NEW DUE DATE FEBRUARY 20, 2026 BY 4:00 PM AST.*<\/h2>\n<p>The package defines the scope of services to be performed by the selected firm.
