PUBLIC NOTICE:
Construction of Ivonne E. Milliner-Bowsky Elementary School and Schematic Pricing for Lockhart Elementary School
Suffolk-CBNA JV will be requesting proposals for all scopes of work based on a GMP set (60% CD design set) for the construction of Yvonne E. Milliner-Bowsky Elementary School and Schematic Pricing for Lockhart Elementary School.
The Request for Proposals (RFP) solicitation is anticipated to be released on or around the week of June 1, 2026. Subcontract bid due dates and additional project information will be included within the official solicitation.
Prequalification for these solicitations will close the week of June 8th, with bids due July 10th.
IMPORTANT: Subcontractors interested in submitting bids for this project MUST be prequalified in order to receive an invitation to bid.
