All Scopes and Trade Work for the Construction of Emanuel Benjamin Oliver (EBO) PK–8 School on St. Thomas

Suffolk-CBNA JV will request proposals for all scopes/trades of work based on a GMP set (60% CD design set) for the construction of Emanuel Benjamin Oliver (EBO) PK–8 School.

The Request for Proposals (RFP) solicitation is anticipated to be released on or around September 4, 2026.

Subcontract bid due dates and additional project information will be included within the official RFP solicitation.

Subcontractors interested in submitting bids for this project should start the prequalification process, if not already done.
