Knud Hansen & Mental Health Building Demolition

Suffolk will be soliciting proposals for the demolition of the Knud Hansen and Mental Health Buildings as part of the USVI St. Thomas Healthcare Bundle and the Rebuild Initiative.

RFP Timeline: The Request for Proposals (RFP) is expected to be released through BuildingConnected on or around October 16, 2026, with proposals due November 6, 2026. A site walk for interested subcontractors is scheduled for October 27, 2026. Additional project information and requirements will be included in the official solicitation.
