The Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority invites qualified independent Certified Public Accountants, who are licensed to practice in the United States Virgin Islands (hereafter, the “Offeror”, “Proposer”, or “Prospective Firm”), to submit proposals to audit and report on blended financial statements of the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority (“the Authority”), and the separate financial statements of the West Indian Company (“WICO”), Virgin Islands Next Generation Network (“viNGN”) and the Tobacco Settlement Financing Corporation for the years ending September 30, 2018, September 30, 2019 and September 30, 2020.
