General Contractor for the

Walter I.M. Hodge Development

on St. Croix, US Virgin Islands

The Virgin Islands Housing Authority & MDG Development Partners LLC are requesting proposals to acquire the services from a licensed General Contractor to carry out the pre-construction services and the construction to renovate and revitalize the existing public housing units at Walter I. M. Hodge Pavilion located on St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands.

The following is the anticipated schedule related to this RFP:

Issue Request for Proposal: November 17, 2020

Non-Mandatory Site Visit: December 1, 2020, at 10:00 am AST

Questions Due: December 4, 2020, at 10:00 am EST

Qualifications Due: Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at 5:00pm EST

*The Non-Mandatory Site visit will take place on December 1st, 2020, at 10am AST. All attendees must meet at the Property Management office, located on-site. All attendees must register with Mr. Philip Petri via email [email protected], copy to [email protected], prior to the site visit.
