Government Contracting in the US Virgin Islands

The Economic RSF is collaborating with UVI, SBDC, SBA and EDA to deliver Government Contracting in the USVI events on Monday, May 3, 2022, on STT and Tuesday, May 4, 2022, on STX. The purpose of these events is to provide local businesses and NGO’s information to better position themselves to compete and win federally funded projects. Participants will learn about programs such as SBA’s Historically Underutilized Business Zone and the SBA Surety Bond Guarantee Program (SBGP). Presentations will be provided by DPP, VIHFA and SBA in a panel format. FEMA will have table presence from Finance Contracts, Hazard Mitigation, Public Assistance, Procurement, and the Office of Preparedness to share information about their programs and processes.
