Construction Management, Design & Inspection Services

The Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery (“ODR”) is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed firms or individuals (“Respondents”) to provide construction management, design, and inspection services for disaster-related recovery projects. The ideal Respondent should have substantial experience and success in construction, construction management, inspection, and architectural design to provide services within the U.S. Virgin Islands and must be able to adequately address their experience in the aforementioned services in their proposal submittal. The submissions of all Respondents shall be reviewed and evaluated pursuant to the qualifications criteria set forth in this RFP. Respondents must respond to all components of the scope.

Bid documents may be requested via email from the Office of Disaster Recovery at [email protected] beginning on Wednesday, May 11th, 2022.

Proposals will be accepted, by email, at [email protected] until Monday, June 13th, 2022, no later than 4:00 pm AST.
