Construction of Estate Tutu North Senior Housing

The Virgin Islands Housing Authority & Pennrose LLC is requesting proposals to acquire the services from a licensed General Contractor to oversee and construct a 60-unit senior housing building at Estate Tutu, 388, 388-A and 402 Anna’s Retreat located on St. Thomas, United States Virgin Islands.

Deadline for Questions: Thursday, September 11th, 2025

Addenda Release/Response to Contractor Questions: Thursday, September 18th, 2025

Contractor Proposal Due Date: Thursday, September 25th, 2025, by 3:00 PM

RFP Evaluation and Contractor Selection: Thursday, October 2nd, 2025

Anticipated Construction Start Date: Moda, January 5th, 2026
