Construction Services for VIMSIA Campus Building Construction Project

ST. THOMAS — Virgin Islands Montessori School & Peter Gruber International Academy (VIMSIA) has announced a Request for Qualifications (RFQ 002-2025) for the Construction Services Bornn Building Construction Project, seeking qualified general construction contractors, to develop a list of prequalified prime construction contractors to perform and facilitate construction on the school campus located at 6936 Vessup Ln, Nazareth, St Thomas.

Interested firms must meet all Conditions of Approval and submission requirements, which are available electronically by contacting Project Manager Winston Williams at [email protected]. The RFQ will be released on July 14, 2025.

A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on July 21, 2025 2:00 PM EST. Deadline to Submit Questions July 28, 2025, 3:00PM EST. The RFQ submission deadline is August 8, 2025, 4:00 PM EST.
