Construction Services for VIMSIA Modular School

ST. THOMAS — The Virgin Islands Montessori School & Peter Gruber International Academy (VIMSIA) has announced a Request for Qualifications (RFQ 002-2025) seeking to develop and maintain a list of prequalified modular structure design builders to partner with during the Campus Rebuild Initiative on the school campus located t 6936 Vessup Ln, Nazareth, St Thomas.

Interested firms must meet all Conditions of Approval and submission requirements, which are available electronically by contacting Project Manager Winston Williams at [email protected]. The RFQ will be released on November 24, 2025. A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on December 1, 2025 2:00 PM AST. The deadline to submit questions is December is 8, 2025 3:00PM AST. RFQ submission deadline is December 19, 2025, 4:00 PM AST.
