Design & Construction Technical Support Services

The Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery (“ODR”), a subsidiary division of the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority (“PFA”), an independent instrumentality of the Government of the United States Virgin Islands, is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed firms (“Proposers”) to provide Design & Construction Technical Support Services to include Scope of Work Development, Architectural & Engineering Services, Construction Management, Independent Cost Estimation, and Permit Support Services in a manner that provides the best value to the Territory.

Respondents must be able to adequately address their experience in their proposal submissions. The submissions of all Respondents shall be reviewed and evaluated pursuant to the qualifications criteria outlined in the RFP.

Bid documents can be found on the ODR website at https://www.usviodr.com/procurements beginning on Monday, December 30, 2024.

A virtual pre-proposal meeting will take place at 10:00 am AST on Thursday, January 9, 2025.

Proposals will be accepted by email at [email protected] until Thursday, January 30, 2025, no later than 4:00 pm AST.
