Design Services for Estate Whim Museum and Research Complex

The St. Croix Landmarks Society, Inc. (Landmarks Society) is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed Architectural and Engineering firms to complete design services for all eligible buildings at its Estate Whim Museum and Research Complex, located at No. 52  Estate Whim, St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands.

A virtual Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for 11:00 a.m. Atlantic Standard Time (AST) on Tuesday, October 4, 2022.

Participants MUST register for the Zoom Pre-Bid Conference to participate and receive the full RFP package.

Site visits will be held on Saturday, October 8, 2022, at Estate Whim.

Proposals shall be received no later than Wednesday, October 19, 2022, at 4:30 p.m. Atlantic Standard Time.

Funding for this project is provided by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) under the guidelines and regulations of the Stafford Act and, as such, is subject to Federal audit and compliance. The successful firm will be required to abide by all the federal rules and regulations that govern this design project. The applicable information is included in the bid package. Landmarks Society reserves the right to accept or reject any and all
proposals.
