The Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery (“ODR”), a subsidiary division of the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority (“PFA”), an independent instrumentality of the Government of the United States Virgin Islands, is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed firms (“Respondents”) to provide disaster recovery management and infrastructure development consultant services for federally funded projects in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
The ideal Respondent should have extensive expertise in disaster recovery management to provide the Government of the Virgin Islands and its agencies with technical assistance in acquiring, implementing, managing and expending federal funds appropriately for recovery projects. The submissions of all Respondents shall be reviewed and evaluated pursuant to the qualifications criteria set forth in this RFP. Respondents must respond to all components of the scope.
Bid documents may be requested via email from the Office of Disaster Recovery at [email protected] beginning on Wednesday, November 16, 2022. Proposals will be accepted, by email, at [email protected] until Wednesday, December 21, 2022, no later than 4:00 pm AST.
