EnVIsion HRRP General Construction Services
The Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery (VIODR) Community Development Block Grant-Disaster Recovery Program (CDBG-DR) seeks highly skilled licensed construction contractors to provide residential construction repair, rehabilitation, and/or reconstruction services for fifty-five single-family owner-occupied residential structures on the islands of St. Croix, St. Thomas and St. John. The performance of these services will enable ODR to complete permanent repairs to residential structures damaged by Hurricanes Irma and Maria.
Bid documents must be requested via email from the Office of Disaster Recovery at [email protected]. Requests can be made beginning on Wednesday, March 27, 2024.
Mandatory pre-bid conferences will take place at 3:00 pm at the University of the Virgin Islands Innovation Center on April 8, 2024, on St. Thomas and at the RT Park on April 9, 2024, on St. Croix. Mandatory site visits will take place from April 10 to 17, 2024.
Proposals will be accepted by email at [email protected] until Tuesday, April 30, 2024, no later than 12:00 pm AST.
