The Virgin Islands Housing Authority (VIHA) and Pennrose LLC, has issued Request for Proposals RFP #2024-0001 The Estate Tutu North Senior, to acquire the services from a Licensed General Contractor to oversee and construct a 60-unit senior housing building at Estate Tutu, 338, 338-A and 402 Annas Retreat located on St. Thomas, VI.
