GHCDS Chalet Replacement Building Project

The purpose of this advertisement is to notify qualified USVI licensed general contractors that the Good Hope Country Day School (GHCDS) is accepting bids for the new GHCDS chalet replacement building project to include the reconstruction of a new large classroom (1,936 sf) on an existing concrete slab located on the GHCDS campus as indicated in the construction document package.

Please submit a request to receive the bid package on or after May 30, 2025, via email to [email protected].

A pre-bid meeting will be held on-site on June 9, 2025.

Final bid submissions must be emailed to [email protected] by 11:59 pm on June 30, 2025.
