Illuminated Highway Name Sign Manufacturing and Installation

Pursuant to 31 V.I.C. 236 (j) and Rules and Regulations thereunder issued, the Government of the Virgin Islands, hereinafter referred to as GVI, Department of Property and Procurement, shall receive proposals for the work described below.

Its goal is to acquire qualified Sign Manufacturers or Highway Sign Installation Professionals with the knowledge, experience, expertise, and relevant hardware to provide the manufacturing, assembly, and installation of illuminated highway name signs for St. Thomas & St. Croix in the final Territory wide phase of the Street Addressing Initiative (SAI).

A Pre-Proposal conference will take place on Friday, October 17, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. Atlantic Standard Time via Microsoft teams.

All interested parties shall submit one (1) electronic copy of proposals, which are to be delivered to the Department of Property and Procurement via the vendor’s GVIBUY account no later than Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at 4:30 p.m. Atlantic Standard Time.
