The Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery is requesting proposals from licensed and qualified vendors (“Respondents”) for solicitation for a Portfolio/Project Management System for the Office of Disaster Recovery and Government of the Virgin Islands. The ideal Respondent will have substantial experience and success in both proposing and implementing a software solution to support portfolio/workflow management to provide services within the U.S. Virgin Islands. Respondents must be able to adequately address their experience in their proposal submittal. The submissions of all Respondents shall be reviewed and evaluated pursuant to the qualifications criteria set forth in this RFP. Respondents must respond to all components of the scope.
