The Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery, a subsidiary of the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority, is soliciting proposals to prequalify construction firms to provide design and construction services to build each project within a Project Bundle in a manner that provides the best value to the Territory. This RFQ is issued by the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority on behalf of the sponsor agencies, VI Department of Education, VI Department of Health, Governor Juan F. Luis Hospital, and Roy L. Schneider Hospital, and seeks submissions from the most highly qualified Proposers.
This single RFQ will be used to select highly qualified construction firms to proceed to the RFP stage for each of the two (2) Project Bundles included under the Rebuild USVI program. The purpose of this RFQ is to commence procuring design and construction services from construction firms.

RFQ documents may be requested via email from the Office of Disaster Recovery at [email protected] beginning on Saturday, March 30, 2024.
RFQ submissions will be accepted by email at [email protected] until *NEW DATE* Monday, May 6, 2024, no later than 12:00 pm AST.
