The VI Trail Alliance requests proposals for Phase 1 Spring Gut 50 Acre Trail Park and Flood Mitigation Project. Phase 1 included a Hydrologic and Hydraulic Study and the Architectural and Engineering Design for flood mitigation and recreational trail system design and permitting on tow properties totaling 50 acres along Spring Gut Road Christiansted Watershed.

The completion of this Contract will lead to Phase 2 Proposal Requests to include: Construction management and construction of the flood mitigation systems and recreational trails on the parcels.
