Scope of Work Development, Construction Management, Inspection Services and Architectural & Engineering (A&E) Services

The Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery (“ODR”), a subsidiary division of the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority (“PFA”), an independent instrumentality of the Government of the United States Virgin Islands is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed firms (“Respondents”) to provide Scope of Work Development, Construction Management, Inspection Services and Architectural & Engineering (A&E) Services.

The ideal Respondent should have extensive expertise in construction management for projects with particular detail on new architectural engineering, construction, infrastructure and ground-up projects, additions, remodels and/or alterations to existing facilities.

Bid documents may be requested via email from the Office of Disaster Recovery at

[email protected] beginning on Wednesday, November 30, 2022.

Proposals will be accepted, by email at [email protected] until

Monday, January 9, 2023, no later than 4:00pm AST.
