System of Record Software

The Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority – Community Development Block Grant – Disaster Recovery (“VIHFA-CDBG-DR”) is soliciting proposals from qualified and licensed firms or individuals to provide a System of Record Software that will automate and streamline the management of records and documents within VIHFA’s CDBG-DR program. The software should improve efficiency, reduce manual processes, ensure compliance, enhance data security and provide valuable insight through analytics and reporting.
