A site visit will take place on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at 9:00am AST.

Please note that the last day for submitting any questions to this proposal is Tuesday, December 30th, 2025, at 3:00 p.m, AST. Responses to questions submitted in accordance with this request for proposal shall be transmitted to offerors no later than Friday, January 9, 2026, at 4:00 p.m., AST.

A complete copy of the proposal must be submitted electronically in PDF format on or before, Friday, January 16, 2025, at 10:00 am AST to [email protected].

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
