Underground Electrical Construction Project Medium Voltage Cable Equipment

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority is soliciting proposals for the following:

Please note that the last day for submitting any questions to this proposal is Wednesday, March 1, 2023, at 3:00 p.m., AST. Responses to questions submitted in accordance with this request for proposal shall be transmitted to bidders no later than Wednesday, March 8, 2023, at 4:00 p.m., AST.

A complete copy of the proposal must be submitted electronically in PDF format on or before Wednesday, March 15, 2023, at 10:00 am AST to [email protected].

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.

“For Federally Funded projects, a UNIQUE ENTITY ID number will be required for the selected offeror.”
