The Virgin Islands Housing Authority & MDG Development Partners LLC is requesting sealed bids to acquire the services from a licensed General Contractor to oversee and carry out the scope of work to renovate and revitalize the existing public housing units and site at the Walter I. M. Hodge Pavilion located on St. Croix, United States Virgin Islands.

Pre-Bid Conference/ Site Inspection: April 7, 2021 at 10:00 am AST
Questions Due: May 26, 2021 at 10:00 am AST
*NEW* Bids Due/Opening: Wednesday, June 16th, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time
The Pre-Bid Conference/Site Inspection will take place on April 7th, 2021 at 10:00a.m. AST. All attendees must meet at the Property Management Office, located on site. All attendees must register with Mr. Philip Petri via email Ppetri@MDGNY.COM, copy to: JLarounis@MDGNY.COM, prior to Pre-Bid Conference/Site Inspection.
In keeping with COVID-19 precautions, social distancing and the wearing of face-covering will be observed at the Pre-Bid Conference/Site Inspection.
Documents may be obtained at www.vihousing.org under “Contractors” on/after March 31, 2021.
