RFP 012-2019-STT/STX
Territorial Emergency Housing Plan

The Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority (“VIHFA”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms, or consultants (“Respondent”) to update the current Territorial Emergency Housing Plan (“TEHP”) for the United States Virgin Islands (“USVI”).

Interested firms may secure a complete “Proposal Package” from VIHFA’s office located at 3202 Demarara, Suite 200 on St. Thomas or 100 Lagoon Complex, Suite 4 on St. Croix or the VIHFA’s website at https://www.vihfa.gov/business/solicitation.

The Pre-proposal Conference is scheduled for September 26, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. Atlantic Standard Time (AST). The Sealed Proposals will be received no later than 3:00 p.m. AST on October 22, 2019.

The VIHFA reserves the right to waive any irregularities in, or to reject any, or all bids.
