VIMSIA Bornn Building Construction Project – Horizontal Work

Virgin Islands Montessori School & Peter Gruber International Academy has announced a Request for Proposals (RFP 001-2026) Construction Services Bornn Building Construction Project – Horizontal Work, seeking proposals for the aforementioned project located on our school campus located at 6936 Vessup Ln, Nazareth, St Thomas.

Qualified firms must meet all Conditions of Approval and submission requirements, which are available electronically by contacting Project Manager Winston Williams at [email protected].

A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be held on February 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM AST.

A mandatory site visit will be held on February 4, 2026, at 3:00 PM AST

The deadline to Submit questions is February 9, 2026, at 3:00PM AST.

The RFP submission deadline is February 20, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST.
