PR-13-20 U.S.V.I. Composite Pole Installation Project

The Authority shall hold a Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting on Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at 9:00 a.m., AST, at the Authority’s Administrative Conference Room located at 9720 Estate Thomas, 3rd floor, Al Cohen’s Plaza on St. Thomas.
A complete copy of the proposal must be submitted electronically in PDF format on or before 10:00 a.m., AST, on Thursday, December 19, 2019 to [email protected]. Proposals that are received at the specified time and date will be printed and publicly read at 2:00 p.m., AST, at the Authority’s Administrative Conference Room located at 9720 Estate Thomas, 3rd floor, Al Cohen’s Plaza on St. Thomas.
The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.
