The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority is soliciting proposals for the following:

PR-15-20    RENEWABLE ENERGY PROJECT MANAGEMENT

A complete copy of the proposal must be submitted electronically in PDF format on or before 10:00 a.m., AST, on Wednesday, March 25, 2020 to [email protected]. Proposals that are received at the specified time and date will be printed and publicly read at 2:00 p.m., AST, at the Authority’s Administrative Conference Room located at 9720 Estate Thomas, 3^rd floor, Al Cohen’s Plaza on St. Thomas.

The Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals.

“For federally funded projects a DUNS number will be required for the selected offeror.”
