
The Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery (ODR), a subsidiary division of the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority, an independent instrumentality of the Government of the United States Virgin Islands, is seeking qualified firms to provide Waste Management Services in both districts for disaster-related recovery projects.
Potential Respondents may submit a proposal for one or both districts to provide full-service waste management support to construction contractors working on recovery projects, ensuring all debris and waste are handled safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable regulations.
Respondents must adequately address their experience in their proposal submissions. The submissions of all Respondents shall be reviewed and evaluated pursuant to the qualifications criteria outlined in the RFP.
Bid documents will be available starting Friday, December 12, 2025, and must be requested by emailing PFA’s Procurement Division at [email protected].
A virtual pre-proposal conference will take place at 11:00 am AST on December 19, 2025.
Proposals will be accepted via email at [email protected] until February 13, 2026, at 4:00 pm AST.
