Website Design and Maintenance

The Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery (“ODR”), a subsidiary division of the Virgin Islands Public Finance Authority (“PFA”), an independent instrumentality of the Government of the United States Virgin Islands, is requesting proposals from licensed and qualified   firms   (“Respondents”) to provide design  and  maintenance  services  for   the   ODR   website.   The ideal Respondent will have substantial experience and success in the design, financial data integration, and maintenance of municipal websites. Respondents must be   able   to adequately   address   their    experience in their   proposal submittal.   The   submissions of   all   Respondents shall be reviewed and evaluated pursuant to the qualifications criteria set  forth  in  this  RFP. Respondents must respond to all components of the scope.

Bid documents can be found on the ODR website at https://www.usviodr.com/procurements  beginning on August 29, 2024.

A mandatory virtual pre-bid conference will take place at 10:00 am AST on Tuesday, September 10, 2024.

Proposals will be accepted by email at [email protected] until Thursday,  September 26,   2024,   no   later  than 4:00 pm AST.
