Website Maintenance and Upgrades


The Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery (ODR) is requesting proposals from licensed and qualified firms (“Respondents”) to provide design and maintenance services for the ODR website. The ideal Respondent will have substantial experience and success in the design, financial data integration, and maintenance of websites. Respondents must be able to adequately address their experience in their proposal submittal. The submissions of all Respondents shall be reviewed and evaluated pursuant to the qualifications criteria set forth in this RFP. Respondents must respond to all components of the scope.

Bid documents may be requested via email from the Office of Disaster Recovery at [email protected] beginning on Friday, July 15, 2022. Proposals will be accepted, by email, at [email protected] until Monday, August 15, 2022, no later than 4:00 pm AST.
