Sealed proposals, entitled HURRICANE RESTORATION & REHABILITATION OF THE CATHERINEBERG MANSION, REMAINDER ESTATE CATHERINEBERG, ST. THOMAS, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS, will be received by the West Indies Company Limited, Procurement Office, at 9020 Estate Thomas/Long Bay, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands until 4 p.m. AST, Monday, December 14, 2020.

*The new due date for proposals to be submitted is Friday, January 8, 2021 by 4 p.m.*

Proposals will be privately opened and proposers may not be present. A Pre-Proposal Conference will also be held via Zoom (https://us02web.zoom.us/i/8701103074?pwd=TDRjaHJmdzBKZzdvbVFmRHErRmlhdz09) at 2 p.m. AST on Monday, November 23, 2020, and potential bidders on this contract are urged to attend. There will be a site tour immediately following the Pre-Proposal Conference.

The work for which tenders are invited consists of providing labor and materials to perform the complete refurbishment of the Catherinebierg Mansion. This work will consist of the following:
