Repairs to the baseball and softball fields, and multipurpose center.

Repairs to the roof, solar panels, interior and mold remediation.

This project will produce a wind retrofit to the multipurpose facility which is used as an emergency shelter.  

Installation of a 60kW generator, 500-gallon fuel tank, automatic transfer switch (and related electrical connections), and installation of a wind-rated, prefabricated metal enclosure.

Repairs to the Alvin McBean Complex, which includes the basketball/tennis courts, bleachers, parking area, and bathrooms.

Repairs to the exterior and interior, courtyards, stairwell and reading rooms.

Necessary repairs to the facility's baseball field, concessions, office, storage, locker room and operations. This project does not include the Lionel Roberts Stadium.

Repairs to Emile Griffith Ball Park and office building.

Demolition & replacement of the Administration Building with a two-story building.

Repairs to the Park's entrance, gate office, pool, mechanical and electrical room and fencing.
