Repaving of Queen Street, Hill Street, Smith Street, East Street, Strand Street, West Street and Prince Street in Christiansted.  

Roadway reconstruction, rehabilitation and drainage improvements to Estate Carlton Road in Frederiksted.

Once complete, this second phase will repair the roadway from Good Hope to Williams Delight. It includes the installation of guardrails, drainage and streetlight
