Construction Begins on Turnbull Library

As library projects continue to push forward with the completion of the Sprauve Library on St. John and the anticipated ribbon cutting for the Florence Williams Public Library on St. Croix.

Department of Planning and Natural Resources Commissioner Jean-Pierre L. Oriol and the project’s contractors stopped to talk to Director Adrienne L. Williams-Octalien, Director of the Office of Disaster Recovery, on the status of repairs on the Charles W. Turnbull Library on St. Thomas.
