Facility Access Points Generator Supply and Installation for Resilient Telecommunications Infrastructure

viNGN, INC. (“viNGN”) whose headquarters is at 3 King Cross Street, Christiansted, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands 00820, with St. Thomas offices located at Warehouse K, 9012 Havensight Mall, Suite 1, St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands 00802, intends to retain the services of one or more licensed and qualified contractors to provide the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of continuous diesel generator systems, including both 20 kW and 200 kW units, to support resilient backup power at Facility Access Point (FAP) locations across St. Croix, St. Thomas, and St. John.

Firms interested in being considered for this opportunity are requested to submit their proposals.

Proposals may be submitted for supply, installation and commissioning of continuous diesel generator systems for all three (3) islands, one island, or a combination provided that proposals submitted for more than one island are broken down by island.

viNGN reserves the right to select multiple firms or a single firm in order to obtain the best value consistent with the selection criteria set forth in Part II of this solicitation.
