Suffolk-CBNA JV will be soliciting proposals for demolition, site clearing, and Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) work for the Claude O. Markoe PK–8 School project on St. Croix.

RFP Timeline: The RFP is expected to be released through BuildingConnected on or around October 14, 2026, with proposals due November 23, 2026. Additional project information will be provided in the official solicitation.
