Health Talks Recovery on February 25th Episode

Department of Health Commissioner Justa Encarnacion and Deputy Commissioner Reuben Molloy are guests on the next episode of Recovery in Focus. Host Adrienne L. Williams-Octalien and health officials will discuss the department’s plan to reinvent clinical care in the Virgin Islands utilizing federal recovery dollars. A portion of Thursday’s program will highlight ongoing efforts by the Department of Health and VITEMA to combat COVID-19 in the Territory.

Several stories will be featured in this month’s “In the News” segment to include remarks by Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority CEO Lawrence Kupfer, Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority Executive Director Daryl Griffith and Department of Planning and Natural Resources Commissioner Jean P. Oriol.  ODR Project Analyst Michael D. Vante makes his debut as the show’s roving reporter with a story on the status of the demolition of the Tutu Hi-Rise on St. Thomas.
