Consolidated Asphalt and Civil Works, LLC is wrapping up the demolition of the old Arthur Richards Junior High School in Frederiksted. The project, which started in September of 2020, is targeted for completion next month.
The Virgin Islands Department of Education continues to press forward with the implementation of its Facilities Master Plan and expects the demolition of Evelyn Williams, the site of the new Arthur Richards K-8 school, to begin before the end of the year.
