Chambers V and Hallway Renovations

The Judiciary of the U.S. Virgin Islands (“The Judiciary”), acting through its Office of the Administrator of Courts, invites the submission of Proposals from qualified contractors to perform renovations to Chambers V, and 2nd Floor South hallway to include but not limited to, interior painting, lighting upgrades, bathroom upgrades, kitchenette upgrades, ceiling repairs, and replacement of bulletproof windows located at the Alexander A. Farrelly Justice Center. The required services and performance conditions are described in the Scope of Work.

A copy of the Request for Proposal (RFP) including submission criteria and required documents are currently available at the following locations during the work hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday excluding legal holidays:

Bids must be received no later than 4:00 p.m. AST on March 11, 2022.

RESPONDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO READ THE ENTIRE SOLICITATION, INCLUDING ALL REFERENCED DOCUMENTS, ASSURE THAT THEY CAN AND ARE WILLING TO COMPLY, AND INCORPORATE ALL ASSOCIATED COSTS IN THEIR BID.

The Judiciary of the Virgin Islands reserves the right to reject any and all submissions and to waive any formalities of the bid process.
