Rebuild USVI Industry Day 2025

The US Virgin Islands Office of Disaster Recovery invited the territory’s small business community to Industry Day 2025,
which marked the start of critical projects under the Rebuild USVI initiative. The important event brought together construction industry partners, local and national private sector entities, and agency partners committed to rebuilding, modernizing,
and hardening the territory’s infrastructure.

Events took place in both districts:

St. Thomas/St. John: October 27, 2025, Westin Beach Resort & Spa, 8 am-5 pm
St. Croix: October 29, 2025, Albert A. Sheen Campus, University of the Virgin Islands, 8 am-5 pm

During Industry Day, participants heard from the prime contractors
selected through a competitive process to complete critical infrastructure projects across the territory. Attendees gained valuable insights on:

Planned capital improvement and resilience projects for schools, healthcare facilities, roads, and utilities
Requirements for attendees interested in becoming a subcontractor
Small business support and certification programs
