Solicitation Period: February 28, 2024 – March 28, 2024

Pursuant to Title 19, Subsection 245 (a) of the Virgin Islands Code, the Government Hospitals and Health Facilities Corporation, hereinafter referred to as GHHFC, The Schneider Regional Medical Center (SRMC) on behalf of the Territorial Hospital Redevelopment Team (THRT) is requesting proposals from qualified and licensed firms for Design Build of an Administrative Space for the Territorial Hospital
Redevelopment Team St. Thomas Office.

Pre-Proposal Conference: Tuesday, March 5, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. via Microsoft Teams.
Mandatory Site Visit Attendance on Either Date is Required:
1. The first site visit will occur immediately following the Pre-Proposal
Conference on Tuesday, March 5, 2024.
2. The second site visit will take place on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, from 10
a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Due Date: Thursday, March 28, 2024, by 2:00 p.m. Atlantic Standard Time
